Initial Patient Evaluation

$300

Mental Health evaluations are designed to diagnose and treat mental health disorders. These include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD.

Lakeside Mental Health offers psychiatric/ mental health evaluations to clients ages 13-65.

Medication Management

$150

Follow-up appointments are designed to assess the patient's symptoms, side effects, and the effectiveness of prescribed medications.

Telehealth sessions are being offered to all clients until further notice. This service is provided through a HIPAA privacy protected platform. The provider will meet with you through real-time video communication using your laptop, smartphone, tablet, or personal computer.
